Learning location cooperation in university nursing training (LoKoHoPa) - sensitization of the practice partners to stereotypes and prejudices against nursing students and academic nurses in professional practice
The imbalance between academic and non-academic professional groups in nursing practice leads to tensions between different health care professions (heterostereotypes) as well as tensions within one's own profession (autostereotypes). In this research project, focus group interviews will be conducted to identify intra- and interprofessional biases and to develop corresponding actionable recommendations for designing environments conducive to learning in nursing practice. The results will provide initial methodological-didactic suggestions for a prejudice-sensitive conception and design of practice guidance in academic nursing education.
